AIM Contracting proud to be associated with WestConnex and the M4 tunnel project

The M4 project is about 6.5km long (with 5.5km of the motorway in tunnel).
The M4 East is the first underground section of WestConnex. It will connect to the widened M4 and extend it via twin motorway tunnels from Homebush to Haberfield with three lanes in each direction. The M4 East will alleviate the frustrating delays and gridlock that motorists face daily when they come off the M4 and hit a standstill on Parramatta Road.
AIM Contracting is responsible for painting of the tunnel lining from 3.5 to 8m above the pavement; high build epoxy coatings on Cross Passage (XP) and Longitudinal Egress Passage (LEP) entrances; application of coatings to Electrical Equipment Rooms (EER) and Underground Substations and application of high build chemical resistant epoxy coatings in the sump.
The Scope of Works includes but is not limited to; the supply of all plant and equipment, maintenance, tools, labour, and materials to undertake the painting and coating application, in accordance with all conditions listed in this scope. AIM Contracting have also been assisting wherever possible with both structural (Epoxy) and leak injection(Polyurethane) throughout the project, also general concrete repairs and strip drain installation.
